Shipping

Standard Shipping:

We will make every effort to ship all items on the next business day after receipt of your order. Following credit card approval, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground service or via Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Your merchandise should usually arrive within 4-7 business days from the ship date. For items temporarily out of stock you will receive an email notification of the expected ship date.

Express Shipping:

Overnight and two-day UPS shipping are available for an extra charge. The cost of shipping is based on the order total and is calculated at checkout.

Return Policy:

If you aren't completely satisfied with an item from t.taylor too, you may return it within 30 days of the ship date. The item must be in new, unworn and un-washed condition. Detailed return information and procedures are provided on the return/exchange form included with your shipment. Please fill out the form and include it with your return. We will promptly issue a refund on your credit card for the returned item(s). Our shipping charge will not be refunded. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

We are sorry but we cannot accept returns on "Closeout" and any shoe items.

Exchanges:

Wrong size? Wrong color? Style didn't work for you? No problem. Simply tell us what item you would like as a replacement. We will pay the shipping charge for the replacement item. Fill out the return/exchange form included with your shipment and return the original item to us. Upon receipt we will send you the new item, and credit/charge your credit card for the remaining balance.

We are sorry but we cannot accept exchanges on "Closeout" and any shoe items.

Tax Policy:

Customers in the state of Florida will be charged 7.00% sales tax.
